Does life together ever feel harder than it should, despite loving each other deeply?

Has your relationship shifted from connection to repeated frustrations? You’re not alone. Many couples find themselves stuck in patterns of conflict and distance, struggling with understanding one another and communicating, even as they deeply care for one another.

Do you feel like you and your partner live in separate worlds? Or perhaps you’re best friends, but keep running into the same issues over and over? Or the stress of managing life together overshadows all other parts of the relationship?

What if you could face challenges together, recognizing the strengths you each bring and learning to work as a team?

What would it be like to be able to talk about parenting, finances, the weekly schedule, or anything else that comes up, without falling into the same old cycles of conflict or silence?

Imagine coming together, approaching problems with openness, respect, and a shared, solution-focused mindset?

And what would it feel like to feel the freedom to be vulnerable with your partner, sharing your insecurities, worries and deep feelings - and trust that you’ll be met with understanding instead of distance.

How would it change your relationship to know that your partner truly understands you and your experience?

Therapy for neurodivergent couples can help with…

  • Strengthen your bond and bring emotional security to your relationship.

  • Learn communication skills to talk through the stresses and challenges of life.

  • Understand and honor the neurodivergence between you, identifying strengths of each partner.

  • Explore how past trauma shapes your relationship dynamics and begin the process of healing together.

  • Re-negotiate your relationship after major shifts, such as a diagnosis of autism or ADHD, leaving a faith community, exploring new sexual or gender identities, or engaging in ENM (ethical non-monogamy).

  • Rekindle romance, restoring fun and intimacy to your relationship.
